This is some behind-the-scenes footage from an Esurance commercial starring a couple on a roller coaster, and the guy clearly isn’t a big fan of roller coasters (a person working on the commercial said it was actually one of his greatest fears). You’d never be able to tell from the final cut of the commercial though, although it only features a very few seconds of them actually on the ride. The things we do to pay the bills, am I right? Take today for instance. “Both your parents went to work while you sit at home and do nothing.” Now who’s going to drive me to the mall?

This is a video of super cutie Hosico (Japanese: ‘star child’), a Scottish Fold cat wearing his Halloween costume for this year: a spider. He doesn’t really do much in it though because, just like putting a piece of slightly tacky tape on the back of a cat, he senses that he’s under something and just tries to crawl out from under it. Now *snapping fingers* take that thing off him so Hosico and I can Fancy Feast together. *clinks crystal glass with fork, takes bite with pinky up, delicately dabs at side of mouth with cloth napkin* The Classic Pate Tender Beef Feast isn’t my favorite, but it isn’t my least favorite either.

In always try hard and believe in yourself news, this is a video of 9-year old soccer player Aleks repeatedly trying to kick the ball through a tire hanging in the top of the goal. He always comes close, but never gets it in there. I mean, until he does. Now do it in a game when everything on the line. Also, is this considered a trick shot because that tire tricked him into spending an entire morning trying to feed it? And props to his dad or brother or whoever that is with the camera, because I probably would have just set that thing up and left. I’m…not exactly the best parenting material. Incredible babysitter though *handing business card* reasonable rates too.

This is a short demonstration of the ‘Killer Zoom Meeting’ costume that father Greg Dietzenbach made for his 12-year old daughter Ada. It consists of a giant poster board with static Zoom screens of the Universal Classic Monsters around it (all played by Ada), except for the middle, which is live Ada, and the one above her, which is an iPad playing a live feed from its front camera, so whoever answers the door. Very clever, and if Ada came to my door I would actually give her a Snickers and a Twix instead of the Twizzler and Tootsie Roll the rest of the masses get so I can keep all the good stuff for myself.

This is a video of teenager Mathew Minton doing his $366 best to modify both the interior and exterior of a Nissan Rogue to turn it into a Tesla look-alike. His modifications include changing out the badges, painting the wheels and adding Tesla center caps, adding seat covers and a fake moonroof, and spray painting and taping a bunch of different parts black. The results are…well they are what they are. Now I know what you’re thinking, but remember: we’re all guilty of doing dumb shit when we were in high school.

This is a video from Antiques Roadshow of a man who brought in a Banksy painting on a steel sheet that he admits to tearing off a wall near the seafront in Brighton, England, and wants to have the piece appraised. Unfortunately for him, painting specialist and gallery owner Rupert Maas basically tells him in the nicest way possible he’s a rat for stealing a piece of public art, and that it will likely never be properly authenticated as a result. But don’t worry, dude just chuckles it off though because he’s a bumbling idiot.
