This is a video of a tenrec at the Cincinnati Zoo taking a dust bath in a tiny bathtub. How precious! And it’s so deliberate and thorough with it’s cleaning too! If I were even half as thorough maybe my pits wouldn’t smell like chili cheese dogs with extra onions. It’s my natural musk. My girlfriend hates it, but I can attract raccoons like nobody’s business.

Sponsored by the video game Warframe, this is a video of inventor Colin Furze testing a giant gimbal he built that allows a user to perform wild jumps like in a low-gravity environment. The gimbal uses counterweights and hydraulics to achieve the feat, allowing Colin to jump from one stack of pallets to a much higher one, and even perform a wall run and some spinny-spins. Because the fourth is strong today, here’s a video from Red Side comparing the sizes of various starships and planets in the Star Wars universe. The video begins with small ships, before progressing to giant city-sized ones, then on to the planets as compared to the size of earth. I was surprised how many of the planets are all similarly sized. Still, there’s no question they got the size of Alderaan right (not included).

These are a couple videos of a raven named Odin (of course) at the Tropical Butterfly House in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England, producing abstract paintings, using her beak to pick up and use a brush. Admittedly, I wouldn’t mind having an Odin original hanging in my home. “That was painted by a bird, you know,” I imagine telling guests in an effort to impress them with my sophisticated taste in art. “The stick figures with the big boobs though — those were all me.”

To celebrate Star Wars Day, here are several unearthed audio recording outtakes from Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, and James Earl Jones recording lines for a 1-800 number that was set up way back in 1979 so fans could call and listen to pre-recorded messages about Star Wars. That’s fun, why don’t movies do this anymore? I like a more IMMERSIVE experience. But if I call a number and there’s a pre-recorded message from Jigsaw wanting to play a game, I will be getting the police involved.

This is a reimagining of The Sopranos opener in the style of the one for Full House. I’d be lying if I said I liked it, there’s just something about anything Full House related that bums me out. And, just like any of the issues my therapist is always bringing up, I’m not sure why that is, and I don’t feel like spending the time to find out.
