Building A Pokemon Blastoise Humidifier
This is a video of South Korean Youtuber 3D Sanago using a 3D printing pen to craft an impressive Blastoise figure, then adding all the necessary components to make it a functional humidifier. That’s cool. Now make me a showerhead that looks like Magikarp! That’s always been a dream of mine. Granted not a particularly good dream, or very high on my list of dreams to fulfill, but you have to start somewhere.

Snowmobiler On Lake Exits Water To Perform Flip Off A Ramp
This is a video of a snowmobiler making the most of the offseason by riding his mount on a lake, exiting the water to perform a twisty flip off a ramp before returning to his unnatural habitat. Just like Billy Currington sings, “God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.” And when you combine just the latter two, you get this.
Dancer’s Incredible Robotic Dance Moves
These are a couple videos of Hiko Android (who may in fact BE a robot in human disguise) performing mechanical dance moves that make it hard to believe he’s not an automaton. I didn’t think human bodies could move like that! Of course I said the exact same thing when I broke my arm backwards, right before passing out. Unfortunately, after all the plates and pins went in and the cast finally came off, mine was not a Rookie Of The Year situation. It does ache really bad whenever it’s going to rain though, so there’s that.
James Webb Space Telescope Captures Neptune’s Rings
Tired of Saturn hogging all the ringed glory, Neptune recently showed off its own rings and moons for the James Webb Space Telescope, presumably hoping to score the centerfold in NASA’s monthly space erotica magazine Planetboy. Being able to see the icy giant’s moons was certainly cool, but, admittedly, its rings aren’t nearly as visually impressive as Saturn’s. But do you know what planet does have an impressive ring? Uranus. Get it? Because you’ve been sitting on that hard toilet seat scrolling on your phone for way too long! Jesus, how are your legs not asleep?

Guy Performing Shaggy’s ‘Angel’ At Karaoke Goes Full Shaggy During Performance
This is a video of some unassuming guy in a Napoleon Dynamite Vote For Pedro t-shirt performing Shaggy’s ‘Angel’ at karaoke (in a traditional in front of the dartboards dive-bar setup) and summoning the spirit of Shaggy himself for the performance. I did not expect that. Also, if there was anybody in the world I wouldn’t expect to get caught butt-naked banging on the bathroom floor, it’s this guy. Playing with himself in the shower, absolutely.

Incredibly Impressive Stranger Things Floating Max Halloween Yard Decoration
This is a short video of the Stranger Things inspired floating Max Halloween yard decoration set up by Chicago-based Dave and Aubrey Appel. Apparently Max is made out of pool noodles, and really is floating, although the couple won’t reveal how exactly they made it ahead of the Halloween holiday. Please, but I have to know the secret!
“We put in a ton — a ton — of effort,” Dave said.
The couple said that the effect is extremely practical but they don’t want to spoil the magic ahead of the holiday.
“She’s really floating,” Dave said. “She looks just like you see in the video in person — but knowing the secret is a lot of the fun of it.”
It’s fishing line, right? She’s hanging from fishing line strung from the eave of the house, right? I need to know. And not just because I plan on doing the exact same thing and claiming I was the first to come up with it, but it’s not like it’s copyrighted. Stop stealing my ideas, Dave!
