Because it’s important to be able to differentiate a robot’s smile from a sneer, this is a video of Engineered Arts’ Ameca robot (previously) demonstrating its numerous facial expressions in a mirror. It’s relatively impressive I suppose, but the best facial expression in the whole video isn’t one of Ameca’s at all, but from the guy sitting at the computer in front of it. That facial expression speaks volumes. Volumes about regret. “Shit, what the hell have I gotten myself into?!” his face is practically yelling at me.

This is MIA’s 2007 banger ‘Paper Planes’ being performed (complete with gunshots) by the characters in 210 different movies. Now that — that is some serious editing. How do people do this? And, perhaps even importantly, why do they do it? Don’t get me wrong, I’m thankful they do, but I can’t help but wonder if their time would be better spent not making 210 movie characters sing songs. But what do I know? I’m just a man who’s already spent over 115 hours doing jigsaw puzzles this month alone.

How much stronger does duct tape make everyday objects? INFINITELY. And to test the tape’s strength-adding properties, the fun-loving Youtubers behind the Hydraulic Press Channel have created a video of everyday objects (including cans and plastic bottles, footballs, and a stack of Post-Its) getting crushed both in their natural state, and after being reinforced with duct tape. Wow, is there anything duct tape can’t do? Clearly, whoever invented it is foolish for naming it something as underwhelming as duct tape instead of radical magic wrap.

This is a video of Portuguese CD Feirense soccer player Jardel Silva trying to psyche out the goalie with a frozen statue routine that fails to do the job. Of all the silly penalty kick shenanigans I’ve seen, this has to be one of the worst. I’m surprised he didn’t do a fake countdown or yell, “Get ready, I’m about to kick it!” as well. Because this guy clearly knows all the tricks in the book. That book being ‘How To Lose, and Look Foolish Doing It’, just to be clear.

Because driving exotic cars isn’t for everyone, this is a video of some poor valet bastard in Monaco crashing a ~$3.5-million LaFerrari (limited to 499 cars total) almost immediately after being handed the keys. “I thought you said crash it into the motorbikes!” I imagine him yelling at the owner. That is unfortunate. For both him and the owner. But I know the question on everybody’s mind is how did it make me feel? To be perfectly honest, I’m not sure I’ve had the time to properly process it.

This is a trailer for NaturalVision Evolved (NVE), a mod for GTA V that basically makes it look like real life. I thought this was a trailer for a new Fast & Furious movie at first. And I’m still not convinced it’s not. FUN FACT: I’ve never actually seen a Fast & Furious movie before. My mom says it’ll give me the wrong idea about driving, and I’m still trying to get my license. Did you know that where I live after you fail the driving test three times they make you wait a year before you can take it again? Because I do, I know that.
