This is a video of filthy liar/cheater Cody Miller attempting to replicate a Halo: Combat Evolved speedrun he posted online (years later revealed to have been a bunch of individual videos spliced together) as part of a 2011 Games Done Quick charity marathon. In the video he’s attempting to complete the game on Legendary difficulty with a finish time of around 2 hours, but eventually has to turn the difficulty down and still finishes in over four hours. The whole thing (which has been edited to 20 minutes) is painfully embarrassing to watch. Wow! This has been a PSA reminding you to not be a Cody Miller.

This is a video from the Southwest Regional Little League Championship in Oklahoma where Texas East pitcher Kaiden “Bubs” Shelton accidentally hits Oklahoma batter Isaiah “Zay” Jarvi in the head with a wild pitch. Zay proceeds to first base when he spots Bubs, clearly shaken up and on the verge of tears, and heads to the mound to console him. Now there’s sportsmanship, and then there’s this next-level of being human/human being. Maybe there’s hope for the future yet. Also, do I have to play Little League to get a cool nickname? Because I can shave and act like I’m 12 no problem. It’s like second nature. First nature even.

This is a video of the crew behind Youtube channel Hacksmith dropping a massive 2-ton Thor’s hammer they constructed on a bunch of stuff from 100-feet to completely obliterate it. They crush all sorts of things: a fridge, clothes dresser, kiddy pool, piano, truck, minivan, cinder block castle — super fun. As a matter of fact, there are several people I wouldn’t mind seeing get crushed by that hammer. Did I say people? I meant chairs. Chairs that don’t text back even though the message says read.

This is a short video of a puppy learning about life and attempting to walk off the side of a bench onto the top of a bush. It works out about as well as you’d expect (complete with owner’s laugh), considering bushes weren’t made for walking on, even if you are a puppy. Hey, you don’t know until you try — that’s my motto. And you really don’t know until you try two or three more times just to be sure.

This is a stop motion video of chronic starer (You got a problem, boy?!) and pianist Lord Vinheteiro performing Korsakov‘s ‘Flight of the Bumblebee’ with a single finger, his digit remaining motionless and only the keyboard moving. He says he spent 36 hours making and editing the one minute clip, which you could rightfully argue was not worth the effort. “Says the guy who just spent four days trying to fish a coin out of a storm drain that turned out to be a washer.” In my mind it was a pirate doubloon.

This is a video of maker of things The Q building a mid-century home inspired aquarium, complete with garage with a car in it. The main home has a hole connecting the first floor to the second, and the second floor is connect to the garage via a tube. Man, those fish are living the life! Me? I’m just slowly dying.
