This is a video of a professional skydiver jumping tandem with his girlfriend and proposing to her after pulling the chute with the ring he’s been holding between his teeth the entire time. It’s very sweet. Granted, it’s hard to say no to someone who could cut the cords and have you both plummet to hug earth at 32feet/sec², but still. Also, he’s lucky he didn’t drop that ring, because otherwise I’d be scouring Google Earth for the drop zone right now and ordering the cheapest metal detector I can find on eBay.
