Because what are Fridays for if not feeling good and trying to forget how terrible the rest of the week was, this is a heartwarming video of strangers coming together to search for a woman’s lost earring after a Lake Street Dive concert in Portland, Maine. They don’t find the earring, but they did find a glimmer of hope that people can be kind, decent human beings. It’s easy to forget sometimes, especially considering I have to attend a friend’s concert tonight in a sketchy warehouse where I’ll almost certainly be beat up and robbed.
