Made by the folks at Youtube channel Secondhand Movie Co, this is a ‘If Star Wars had a $10 Budget,’ a 52-minute mostly cardboard recreation/parody of A New Hope. For reference, the original movie was made for around $11-million. Adjusted for inflation that’s roughly $60-million today. This was made for just a tiny fraction of that. Is it just as good? No, but you get what you pay for. Or, in this case, all the cardboard you collected for free. I can’t even imagine how much cardboard they used making this, but I’d like to know where they got it because buying boxes is expensive and I have a fort habit I can’t kick.
