Because what good are tools if they can’t be thrown to make cool sounds *throws stud finder, disappointing breaking sound* these are a couple videos of Zach “The Speed Square King” (I would have gone with Zach “The Speed Square King” King) throwing his carpenter’s speed square, which sounds like

This is a video of maker of marginally useful things Uri Tuchman constructing an auto-deploying tape measure. That’s neat. What would be even neater is if it were a voice-activated SMART tape measure. “Tape measure, give me 4-feet 5-inches!” Yeah…that would really be something.

This is a video of pastry chef and chocolatier Amaury Guichon (previously) constructing a massive screwdriver and screws entirely out of chocolate. Clearly, he is a master of the medium. Me? I am a master of the XL and, in some brands, 2XL. These chocolate reproductions are getting so good

This is some security cam footage of construction worker Shane Reimche entering the Quick Trip Market just moments before a 4-foot runaway circular saw blade comes flying through the parking lot and embeds itself in the side of the door. He never saw it coming, but dude was just two

Because demolition isn’t for everyone, this is a video of two boys attempting to remove the railing of an old deck when one boy loses his hammer and gets hit in the head with the handle. Luckily for him, it wasn’t the business end of the hammer. Still, I’m not

This is a video of the fun-loving Aussies of Youtube channel How Ridiculous attempting to crack progressively tougher safes by dropping a 2-ton axe blade on them. They also destroy a bunch of other things in between. The finale, an absolutely massive safe, takes a very respectable 20 hits before

This is a video of cockatoos that have learned to use multiple tools in order to receive rewards, in this case using a sharp stick to poke a hole through a membrane, then a long straw to retrieve cashew nuts. Apparently the ability to use toolsets has only previously been
