Modded by the Italians of Youtube channel Carmagheddon, this is what is believed to be the world’s shortest wheelbase car, a chopped FIAT Panda. The wheelbase is so short that pressing the brakes causes the car to attempt a headstand. That’s fun. And by fun I mean dangerous, which is fun for some people.
