This is a 60-second documentary (the perfect documentary length in my opinion) highlighting German extreme mountain unicyclist Lutz Eichholz. In his own words about why he does what he does: “I think it’s important to be scared. It’s the only that thing which avoids that you die. When people see me unicycling in the mountains they don’t understand how it can be possible. So it’s usually like oh what’s up? When you have never ridden on one, it feels impossible for you…”. Powerful words. A little disjointed, sure, but he’s an extreme mountain unicyclist, not a poet. Also, if being scared is important, then I’m doing important work all day, every day.
