Originally made in 2018 but updated with sick 4K graphics and narration by EpicSpaceMan (aka Toby Lockerbie), this is Melodysheep’s ‘Entire History Of The Universe’. The timelapse packs 13.8-billion years into roughly 10-minutes, where every passing second represents 23-million years. That’s hard for me to wrap my head around. Granted, it’s hard to wrap my head around anything. “Because you’re not that bright.” I was going to say because it’s a pretty solid sphere, but you’re not wrong. Dinosaurs get about 10 seconds of airtime, and humanity just 1/80th of a second. Really puts things into perspective, doesn’t it? If I didn’t feel insignificant before, I sure do now. I already did before though, just to be perfectly clear.
Video below, universe is pretty much the Eye Of Sauron for the first 200-million years or so.
