Indoor cats: it’s scary when they get out. As was the case when Roxy Heinhorst’s 5-year old tabby Oliver ran out the door when she was leaving for work in a hurry one morning. Only Roxy didn’t realize the cat had escaped until reviewing the doorbell cam footage after returning home that afternoon and realizing the cat was missing, when panic ensued. She left Oliver’s favorite blanket on the porch but he was nowhere to be found. This is a video of Roxy finally being reunited with Oliver later that evening. Happy endings. The lesson here? Never leave for work in a hurry — it’s just not worth it. If you’re running late just say you were exposed to the rona and stay home for three days like a normal person.
