This is a short demonstration of a retractable blade lightsaber Disney has been cooking up for use during its Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser two-night stay, all-immersive adventures at Disney World Resort starting in 2022. Admittedly, that thing looks pretty slick. Will all visitors get to wield one? They better, and I better get to choose my color, and they better have one that’s red, white, and blue like a rocket pop.
