This is an Instagram video of a man constructing a “quick and easy” carnival style spinning ride in his backyard using a tree and some lumber (which was also once trees). The ride features seating for four, and is powered by spinning the riders around the tree to build tension in the rope before setting them loose. That’s fun. It doesn’t really appear to spin that fast, but based on the way those riders are screaming, I’m going to assume it’s more thrilling than it looks. Or they’re all six White Claws deep.
