This is a video from the fun/danger-loving crew DD Squad (I’m part of a small B Squad myself) using a custom built rig to launch a human at 50MPH from the rear of a truck traveling at 50MPH so that he can just stand the landing, since 50MPH – 50MPH = 0MPH. It works surprisingly well, and, unlike if I’d been involved, nobody was accidentally launched into the side of a cliff at 200MPH then crushed by an anvil Wile E. Coyote style.
