This is a short in-nest video of a tawny owl that has had her two infertile eggs replaced with two orphaned hatchlings to raise. She seems STOKED. Me? That sounds like a lot of responsibility. I have a hard enough time keeping my plants alive. Although, based on her collection of dead rodents in the nest, clearly she’s a planner and thinks ahead. Me? I only live in the past. Lexi — if you can hear me, please come back. “Ex-girlfriend?” God no, family cat that died when I was eight. “So come back as in…to life?” Well I didn’t paint the pentagram on the floor because I saw it on HGTV.
