This is a video of the folks at Youtube channel AHHAA Science answering the age-old question “Can you build a functional drone out of four angle grinders?” Basically they attached four angle grinders upside down with their grinding wheels replaced with rotors, and TA-DA, it flies. So, the answer is yes, you can build a function drone out of four angle grinders. Of course the video ends with the cameraperson about to get hit by the drone, so while you may be able to build one, you may not live to tell about it. I’ll just buy one on Amazon like I was going to anyways.
