This is a video from an Autoball match in Germany of two cars immediately crashing into each other at kickoff, since neither could see the other on account of the giant soccer ball between them. That’s a shame. If there’s anything I’ve learned from my time as a demolition derby driver, it’s that you always want to reverse into other cars to prevent damaging your engine and rending your vehicle inoperable. Also: to always check your trunk for fireworks and/or stowaways.
