This is a short Instagram video of this year’s unanimous (it’s just me) Born In Space Halloween Costume Contest winner, a little derpy chihuahua spotted at New York City’s Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade that’s dressed as Hellraiser. What a cutie! Still, having known my fair share of chihuahuas in life, there’s no doubt in my mind this little guy is a legitimate hellraiser the rest of the year too.
