In nightmare news, this is a video of thrill-seeker and claustrophobe Dara Tah and friends braving some of the tightest navigable caverns in in the world, the Ogof Y Daren Cilau cave system in Wales. In the ten hour journey (thankfully edited to eight and a half minutes here), the team progressed through narrower and narrower passages, ending with the nearly impassable Vice. I’ll be honest — I didn’t like a single second of it and got sweaty palms just trying to find a screencap to use for the cover photo. Claustrophobia is not for me, and sometimes I wake up in a full-blown panic because my dogs are sleeping too close.
