This is a video of a 33-year old spin class instructor in Guangdong, China demonstrating his insane skills on a stationary bike, hopping around and clapping like the bike is some sort of circus apparatus. Admittedly, the man is talented. Although, based on the number of people I can see taking his class, perhaps TOO talented, especially for Cycling 101.
