These are a couple beautiful timelapse videos released by the European Space Agency (ESA) of astronauts Thomas Pesquet and Shane Kimbrough spacewalking while installing new solar arrays on the International Space Station. Thank goodness neither one of them got hit by one of those rotating arrays and got booted out into space, am I right? “They’re tethered.” You know, it’s crazy to think that no matter how advanced technology gets, just how eternally useful a piece of rope remains.
