This is a video of 5’7″ Purdue Boilermakers wide receiver Rondale Moore demonstrating his very impressive 42.5″ vertical leap in front of prospective scouts at Perdue’s pro day. Rondale also posted a blistering 4.29-seconds in the 40-yard dash, and is expected to be picked up in the first or second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Damn, a 42.5″ vertical and only 5’7″? Good heavens. For reference, I’m 6’1″ and tried to step over the baby gate we use to keep the puppy out of the kitchen and tripped and broke the baby gate AND my favorite coffee mug. So, you know, I’m still cautiously optimistic but I might not get drafted until the third or fourth round when a team is desperate for someone who can play clumsy dumbass.
