This is a video of visually impaired skateboarder Dan Mancina of Keep Pushing Inc. discussing the features of The Ranch skatepark he built for fellow visually impaired skateboarders, as well as for wheelchair use. The key to most features is making them extra long so that a skater still has time to perform a trick once they’ve identified the obstacle. That’s smart. Me? I am not smart. Or a good skateboarder, and I have the metal plate in my arm to prove it. I can predict rain with the very best of them though.
Keep going for the video of Dan, as well as one of his buddy Anthony riding and discussing the park.
