This is a clip from an airplane passenger of an Atlas V rocket launch from Cape Canaveral on May 18th, 2021, carrying a satellite for use by the U.S. Space Force. The liftoff occurred at 1:37PM, and all the passengers on the left side of this flight from New York’s JFK Airport to Cancun got a nice view of it. Gosh, how nice would it be if we were flying to Cancun right now? That would be REAL NICE. You know, I may have a margarita or four at lunch and pretend like I am. Then when my girlfriend gets home from work and sees I’ve covered the living room carpet with sand and am slurring the words to ‘Cheeseburger In Paradise’, she’ll probably go spend the night at her sister’s instead of helping me build a sandcastle.
