This is a video of two fitness buffs demonstrating ‘a double front lever walk with a friend.’ That’s cool, I could do that. I mean, if I had a friend. And arm muscles. And a core that isn’t just chocolate fudge. Thanks to Erica, who agrees these guys must kill
This is a video of an extreme health and fitness enthusiast demonstrating his hardcore push-up routine, one that appears to incorporate all the physical energy I’d typically exert over the course of two to three weeks. Wow, I’m out of breath just watching. AND my wrists and ankles hurt. Not
Proving he’s not the man to compete against in the floor is lava, this is a video of traceur (a parkour practitioner) and Instagram user pkguywithglasses making his way around his entire home without ever touching the ground. Impressive! Also, I hope he owns that place and isn’t renting it
This is a video of skateboarder/fitness buff Mikey Mac O’Brien holding a 135lb barbell Zercher squat style and performing a kickflip. It’s also a paid partnership with Reign Total Body Fuel drinks. Hey, you should pay me too. Sure I might not be able to to do a 135lb kickflip,
This is a video of a hardcore jump roper demonstrating his skills, complete with some wild one-handed action. “Not bad, I suppose,” I thought to myself, completely ignoring the fact I tripped putting my pants on this morning and broke the hamper I’d just pulled them out of.
Seen here wearing UGGs to the gym, these are two TikTok videos from hunk Samuel Stratis of women accidentally squatting right onto his face while he’s working out. At first I assumed they’d just be staged, but I don’t think they are. You know — maybe I should start hitting
These are a couple videos of a man mounting a pole using only his legs while competing in Mallakhamba. Mallakhamba is a traditional Indian sport which “involves performing aerial yoga or gymnastic postures and wrestling grips with a vertical stationary or hanging wooden pole, cane, or rope.” That looks insane.
This is a video of some fitness nut running down the Red Rocks Amphitheater seating backwards as fast as he can, amazingly without tripping and braining himself. That is impressive. Impressive, and absolute lunacy. I can only assume he’s taken to working out at Red Rocks instead of local gyms
