This is a video of Jazz musician Jacob Collier playing the audience like an instrument. Apparently a lot of the people who attend Jacob’s shows are musically inclined themselves (Jacob is considered a musician’s musican), which probably makes such a feat a whole lot easier. Per one Youtuber explaining just

This is a video of the internet’s resident acapella group Rockapella MayTree performing Metallica’s ‘Master Of Puppets’ as a tribute to Stranger Things’ Eddie Munson. It is a must watch — that mouth guitar solo is WILD. A whole lot of tongue and funny faces going on. Like foreplay, but

Because instruments are expensive but these guys were desperate to form a band and start getting some groupies, this is a video of four dudes all performing ‘Billie Jean’ on a single guitar together. Admittedly, when I heard 4 guys 1 guitar I did expect something entirely different. Now I’m

This is a video of drummer Joe Porter performing a medley of rap songs on a variety of different percussion instruments he has sitting around the music studio. That’s cool. Variety is the spice of life, after all. Just kidding it’s crushed red pepper flakes. FIGHT ME ABOUT IT. You

This is a video of eccentric musician/possible cyborg Moyun performing AC/DC’s ‘Thunderstruck’ on guzheng, a plucked Chinese zither instrument. She does a fantastic job — she really knows how to work that thing! Clearly, all the time somebody spent programming her really paid off.

This is a video of 9-year old musical prodigy Ellen Alaverdyan performing Geddy Lee’s bassline from Rush’s ‘Tom Sawyer’. Clearly, she’s very skilled. Me? I’m more into the theatrics of performing than actual music skill. Honestly, same goes for pretty much every other life skill now that I think about

This is a video of an auto-playing hammered dulcimer performing a lovely rendition of Kate Bush’s ‘Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)’ repopularized by Stranger Things. You know, when I was younger I always imagined myself rich enough to be able to employ a harp player that would

In much less dangerous world record news, this is a video of musician and Youtuber Davie504 playing the world record holder for bass guitar with the most strings, with a respectable 69. Nice number choice. Of course it’s hard to play all of those strings at once, which is a
