This is a video demonstration of an onion cutting and peeling machine that automatically orients onions to horizontally cut their tops and bottoms off, then rips their paper skins off with a blast of high pressure air. How about that! And here I thought onions were all peeled by hand like I do them. I’m getting good at peeling and cutting garlic too. You know what the secret it? Cutting my finger right away so my girlfriend does it for me. She’s really got it down!
