This is some Ring doorbell cam footage of a recycling truck eating a family’s recycling bin, presumably after deeming the bin itself suitable for recycling. Me? I’m never sure if I’m supposed to put my yogurt cups in the recycling or not. It looks like the truck actually malfunctioned based on the way it fails to secure the bin and sort of snaps after eating it. Or, who knows, maybe the family was trying to use an unsanctioned bin size. It’s kind of like how the trash collectors never pick up my garbage because it isn’t in a city-issued can. “Your trash is literally just strewn across your lawn like a tornado came through.” And now I’m to blame for natural disasters?
