In heartwarming news, the Adams County SPCA of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania successfully adopted out all their dogs and reunited all lost dogs with their owners for the first time in 47 years, leaving a completely empty kennel. That is fantastic news, and I would have adopted one of those dogs myself
