The Jetson ONE Single Person Drone Takes A Test Flight

This is a test flight of the Jetson ONE, a single person multi-rotor EVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) copter. The Jetson ONE, which doesn’t appear to live up to its namesake (George Jetson’s flying car folded up into a briefcase), is capable of speeds up to 63MPH and a battery life of around 25 minutes, depending on passenger weight. Obviously, those numbers would be on the lower end for me. Also, if I were Jetson I would have made a more concerted effort to not make this deathtrap look like a flying coffin.

Keep going for this test flight, which was unmanned, along with a manned test flight with an earlier prototype.
