This is allegedly the most exciting 61 seconds the world of darts has ever seen, which took place between Michael Smith and Michael van Gerwenat at the’23 World Darts Championship. In the video, both players throw flawlessly in a game of 501 (throwing 7 triple 20s, a single triple 19, and ending with a double 12) until van Gerwenat misses his final double 12 finish, and Smith makes his to clinch victory. Admittedly, that was pretty exciting. But the MOST exciting in darts? I would argue the time I saw a player at the bar try to catch a dropped dart between his legs and stab the tip right into an artery should have at least been considered. I mean that was pretty exciting too, and there’s still blood on the ceiling.

This is a video of Josh and friends from Youtube channel FliteTest constructing a massive 15-foot Iron Giant out of FT Maker Foam (which they often use to make model aircraft). Man, that Iron Giant would look great in my…apartment parking space? He definitely wouldn’t fit inside, that’s for sure. I don’t think my apartment even has a room that measure 15-feet in any direction. It’s like a shoebox, if shoeboxes came with a roach problem that Nike refuses to address.

This is a video that’s been mirrored for some reason (I’m great at reading credit card numbers upside-down and backwards) of a runner willing to go the extra mile (or meter), by Supermanning across the finish line, beating out an opponent who thought he had the race in the bag. Never think you have anything in the bag — that’s the lesson here. Not a race, and definitely not a fart. Trust me, I tried to prank a friend once, but nothing — just air. He didn’t even wince. Some potluck that turned out to be.

This is some delightful backyard security cam footage of a raccoon embracing the winter weather and trying to catch snowflakes in its hands and mouth. Me? I will never embrace winter weather, and House Stark definitely could have picked a better motto if they wanted to encourage tourism. Of course the way that raccoon is standing there like that, maybe it isn’t catching snow at all, but praying to the trash gods for a bountiful dumpster harvest.

This is a video of The Golden Ellie’s mom hiding from her in the under-cushion storage compartment of a sofa’s chaise. Ellie is so confused! She knows she smells her mom around there somewhere, but can’t figure out exactly where she could be. Clever girl. My dogs? If I don’t have a treat or leash in my hand they don’t care if I’m dead or alive. There’s no difference between playing hide-and-seek with them and just playing hide.

This is a video of body artist Hittesh Patel performing an incredibly limber demonstration of just what he’s capable of, moving all his body parts in unison to create shapes and perform actions that can only be described as he’s an alien. Did you see that finger and toe wave? He has control over his individual toes! For reference, I’m lucky if the pinky toe on my right foot isn’t broken from accidentally kicking the doorframe leaving the bathroom in the middle of the night. It’s a terrible way to wake up. Even worse when you realize you just peed in the closet.
