Stop Motion Of Morphing Leaf Shape Made Up Of 12,000 Pressed Leaf Photos

Created by photographer Brett Foxwell of bfophoto using 12,000 leaves he collected and pressed, this is a stop motion animation of a leaf morphing shape and color over the course of two and a half minutes. Organizing all those leaf photos into a fluid animation must have been quite the undertaking! I’m just glad Brett did it so I didn’t have to. Not that I would have, but now I don’t even have to think about it. I hate thinking. And if I hate thinking so much, just imagine how I feel about actually doing.

Quest To Find Out What Obscure Hockey Match Is Playing In Gremlins Bar Scene

Quest To Find Out What Obscure Hockey Match Is Playing In Gremlins Bar Scene

Because everybody needs a hobby, this is a video of hockey aficianado and TikTok user noproblemgambler discussing how he was able to determine what hockey game is briefly shown playing in the background of the bar scene in Gremlins. The answer? A February 16th, 1983 NCAA matchup between the New Hampshire Wildcats and Northeastern Huskies. Wow, this guy is like a modern Sherlock Holmes! Granted he’s not solving any important murders, but I will never watch that scene in Gremlins the same again.

Service Dog Gets To Meet Favorite Character At Disneyland

Service Dog Gets To Meet Favorite Character At Disneyland

This is a precious video of a service dog getting to meet her favorite character, Tigger, at Disneyland. It was already cute to begin with (including her Snow White costume), but the way she keeps wriggling around on her back to get more pets really puts it over the top. Easy 10 out of 10, a very good girl. My dog? She had a poop dangling from her butt this morning because she likes to eat my girlfriend’s hair, then got scared and tried to run from it, but it just kept bouncing back and forth against her hind legs like two kids playing tetherball. She’s a good girl too.

Cat Constantly Brings Bras To Owners

Cat Constantly Brings Bras To Owners

This is a video documenting the life of boob-loving feline Anna, who constantly brings bras from around the house to her owners Sarah and Gabriel. And apparently a lot of the bras belong to the couple’s roommate, Audrey. My my! How the cat procures these bras is beyond me, but I suspect somebody has a very messy room. Anna also brings socks and stuffed toys, but apparently bras are her favorite. Can’t say I blame her. For reference, my cat never brings anything but a bad attitude. *hears something break upstairs* Son of a!

3 Seconds From Every Star Trek: The Next Generation Episode

3 Seconds From Every Star Trek: The Next Generation Episode

Because humanity’s attention span ain’t what it used to be, this is a compilation video featuring 3-second clips from all of the 178 episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Now I love Star Trek as much as the next nerd, but I’d be lying if I said I made it past 18 seconds. Not very impressive by human standards, but I’d be the king of the goldfish if I were one.

Passenger Planes Landing In Parallel At San Francisco Airport

Passenger Planes Landing In Parallel At San Francisco Airport

San Francisco airport has two runways (28L and 28R, which at least to me stand for left and right like I label my shoes) 750-feet apart that run perfectly parallel to each other, at times leading to two planes landing at the same time in what looks like a performance of synchronized landing. How about that! Sure I’ll have to deduct points for difficulty since I didn’t see any synchronized barrel rolls or loop-de-loops, but still worthy of purple participation ribbons for sure.
