This is some recently unearthed footage of New Orleans from way back in 1898 when dinosaurs still roamed the earth. The video features six floats from that year’s Mardi Gras parade (the theme was ‘Harvest Queens’), and more than one time traveler I was able to spot by zooming and enhancing the footage. You can’t hide from me, time-twisters! You probably can go back in time and kill my ancestors though, so please don’t do that. I’m kidding, I’d never know — I say go for it.

This is a video of Youtuber Half-Asleep Chris (I’m Passed-Out Jonathan) building a giant marble maze around his house to feed his cats Ralph and Bella in the morning so they stop meowing at him to get up. The maze carries round gachapon style balls full of cat food along its length, eventually dropping and breaking them atop a sieve, with a bowl waiting below to collect the kibble. Pretty clever. Would there have been an easier way? Of course. Would there have been a cooler way? I don’t think so.

This is a video of Lady Pinto Bean demonstrating her prowess with the blade, engaging two foes at once and easily cutting them both down. The way she slices through their legs — my goodness! Obviously, Lady is definitely the dog you want in your adventuring party. And she is definitely NOT a dog you want to run up against while out adventuring with your party, because you won’t even get a saving roll, just instant death.

This is a US map created by VinePair (link with a lot more info and breakdown) featuring a ranking of the best (and worst) states for beer lovers. Each state was ranked according to the following criteria, and not just subjectively like I would have done:

-The number of craft breweries per 100,000 21+ adults in 2021
-The number of total breweries per 100,000 21+ adults in 2021
-The number of barrels of craft beer produced per 100,000 21+ adults in 2021
-The total number of barrels of craft beer produced in 2021
-The amount of state excise taxes levied upon beer in 2021
-The number of beers currently ranked in the top 100 on Beer Advocate

Do you agree? Do you disagree? Are you drunk right now? Let’s fight about it! Also, who’s to say these are the criteria that are important to a beer lover? Maybe a TRUE beer lover doesn’t need all that fancy craft beer, maybe they love beer so much they’re happy downing a 12-pack of Busch Light after work every day. This is a video of a duck standing on a the head of a water fountain by the Poseidon Water Roller Coaster at Europa Park in Germany when it gets blasted into the sky as the fountain erupts. That must have been exhilarating — like an ultra-high pressure bidet. Now that I think about it, I wonder if it did this on purpose. Like it had a dingleberry it just couldn’t shake.

This is a video of a drone operator successfully changing a light bulb with a quadrocopter (complete with the audio from Interstellar added for effect). So, if you were wondering how many drones it takes to change a light bulb, the answer is one. It still takes two Italians though (one to change the bulb, the other to yell at you for breaking pasta noodles before cooking them).
