Distinguished Food Reviewer Reviews New McDonald's Dipping Sauces

This is a video of distinguished Youtube food reviewer Reviewbrah’s Running On Empty segment featuring the two new McDonald’s limited time dipping sauces: Sweet & Spice Jam (“a jammy red pepper sauce with a Szechuan peppercorn kick and extra heat from cayenne pepper; finished with apple cider vinegar”) and Mambo Sauce (“a tomato-based, sweet, spicy and vinegary sauce; inspired by the regional Washington, D.C. area sauce staple”). He’s impressed by both, and gives the Jam a very respectable 8.3, and the Mambo a 7.7. Granted, not great scores for the Olympics, but these are McDonald’s dipping sauces we’re talking about, not world class athletes at the height of their abilities. You’re gonna get diarrhea.

Local Fair Cotton Candy Booth Worker Covered In Candy

Local Fair Cotton Candy Booth Worker Covered In Candy

This is a short video of a man working the cotton candy booth at a local fair in Shelby, North Carolina, who’s gotten himself completely covered in the candy. Does that booth also double as the one where you try to catch dollar bills in a hurricane? Maybe! To his credit though, the people working booths at the fair are often volunteers and don’t always have the training and experience to do what they’re doing. Trust me, I worked the smoked turkey leg booth at the fair one year, and I can’t even begin to guess how many people I served raw legs to. But it had to be right around all of them, because I never really got that smoker smoking.

Amateur Radio Enthusiast Makes Contact With The International Space Station

This is a video of amateur radio operator KB8M making contact with the International Space Station, and getting a response from astronaut Woody Hoburg. And all with what appears to be the television antennae broken off a neighbor’s roof! What an exciting experience that must have been. Just to think there are actually humans up there orbiting the planet, making super sharp turns around the flat sides — it’s wild!

Addams Family Theme Performed By Old Computer Hardware

Addams Family Theme Performed By Old Computer Hardware

Easily one of my favorite theme songs of all time (right up there with Gilligan’s Island), this is a video of The Addams Family theme being performed by a bunch of old computer hardware like floppy drives, and old hard drives. They’re basically ghosts themselves! I do miss those old 5¼-inch floppy disks though. But mostly just sticking them between the spokes of my bicycle.

3 Wolf Pups Investigate Trail Cam

3 Wolf Pups Investigate Trail Cam

This is a video from The Voyageurs Wolf Project of a few months-old wolf pups discovering a trail cam and launching their own Scooby Doo style investigation. I like the one that was trying to eat bugs at 0:30, I see a lot of myself in that pup. From what I could tell, it appears the young wolves tried and failed to remove the cam from its post. Presumably because, just like my own basically feral dogs and brand new phone, they assumed it was something that could and should be chewed on.

‘Ahsoka’ Intro Reimagined As 1986 ‘A-Team’ Style Show

'Ahsoka' Intro Reimagined As 1986 'A-Team' Style Show

Note: Apparently the video contains spoilers.

This is a video from Auralnauts reimagining the opening credits for Disney’s ‘Ahsoka’ in the style of a 1986 show like the A-Team. They really did a great job — I felt like it was 1986 all over again! Would I watch this reimagined version? I think we all know the answer to that. And the answer is just as soon as you share your Disney+ password.
