Oh hell yeah, I'm into it.
A Stunning Tour Of Flowing Hobbit House Casa Organica Overlooking Mexico City

This is an Architectural Digest tour of Casa Organica, the home built by architect Javier Senosiain of Aquitectura Organica for himself in 1984. And what a home it is! Calling it a hobbit house doesn’t really do it justice because it’s so much more, I was just trying to be concise in the title.

This harmony is demonstrated in how the home’s mesmerizing structure curves through the environment like a cave or a burrow, allowing the earth to grow over and around it. A true feat in organic architecture, join Senosiain as he takes you through how he came to design such a unique space.

Would I live in something similar? I’d love to, I just don’t have the funds to build a flowing Hobbit house overlooking a major metropolitan city right now. Knowing my luck, I’ll probably die in this shoebox apartment just like the two tenants before me.
