These are a couple videos of the flying Air Ray robot made by German industrial control and automation company Festo (not to be confused with Fisto, the Protectron robot I modded into a pleasure-bot in Fallout: New Vegas). It’s pretty majestic. At least until it’s spraying chemtrails in the sky

In nope news, this is a video of several spelunkers exploring a small hole in the ground that leads to a 220-foot drop into a cave below. Obviously, this is not a hole you want to accidentally trip and fall into while you’re out LARPing in the woods with your

This is a worthwhile video of shop dog Pepper the blue heeler proving she’s a real home run by hitting balls thrown to her with a bat in her mouth. Her rookie card is probably going to be worth a fortune. That swing! Sure she hits a couple fouls, but

This is a coverage take for Weird Al Yankovic’s music video for ‘Eat It’. What’s a coverage take? Let me copy/paste that for you while I, inspired by the video, pound two boxes of Girl Scout Cookies for breakfast: Basically this is a take where the director just points the

Because Florida Man has to summer somewhere, this is some Vermont State Police dashcam footage of a man in an excavator attempting to prevent the arrest of his 24-year old son by swinging the bucket of the heavy machinery at police. Unsurprisingly, both have since been arrested, where, God willing,

Available now for pre-order, you just stick Grogu’s hover-pram to your dashboard, and whenever he’s exposed to sun he’ll start waving. I think it goes without saying, but this is

This is a phun little physics experiment in which two matches appear to kiss when lit. There’s also a video explaining how to set up the demonstration yourself in case your boredom reaches an all-time high this weekend. Were they really kissing though? That seems like a bit of a

This is a video of Phish’s Trey Anastasio inviting a 7-year old girl onstage to sing ‘Bug’ after he spotted her holding a ‘CAN I SING WITH YOU?’ sign in the audience. How sweet is that? Way sweeter than the time Ozzy Osborne invited Batboy to sing on stage with

I’m on my first vacation where I don’t have to write since before my time at Geekologie — so 15 years. Well, there was that 35 day stint in rehab too but we’re not counting that because it wasn’t exactly a vacation. I’ll be back first thing next week, but

This is a video of man who I assume is a cyberpunk circus performer demonstrating his very impressive diabolo routine, which involves juggling the batons the string is attached to while the axle spins on it. That looks like some grade-A sorcery right there. Now I don’t know the first
