This is a video of engineer Allen Pan building a face mask launcher that operates similar to a net gun to apply a face mask to a human face using a C02 propellant and weighted straps to wrap around the back of the head (similar to a bolas weapon). Is it safe? No. Is it practical? No. Could you apply the same concept to put a condom on? Well, at least in our case– “Not unless that launcher was tank cannon sized.” Haha — high-five! But seriously a little bigger than that for me.
