This is some footage of a rarely seen sun candle (aka subsun), an optical phenomenon that occurs when sunlight is reflected off flat ice crystals in the atmosphere and appear as a beam resembling a giant candle flame. Are we sure that’s what it is though? Because I really think somebody should step through it just to see where that portal takes them.
