Because everything is bigger in Australia (especially the spiders), this is a video of the fun-loving Aussies of Youtube channel How Ridiculous chopping things in half with a giant 2-ton axe (repurposed from their previously posted giant hammer). It’s a fun watch. Of course I imagine it would have been even funner to participate. Unless you drew the short straw to be tied up underneath the axe, then it would have been less fun and more running for your life.

This is a video of University Of Houston volleyball player Kate Georgiades diving out of bounds to make a save, flipping a table in the process. She then runs back on court and continues to make plays until the Cougars take the point against opponent South Dakota. Houston went on to win their first NCAA tournament match since 1994, all, no doubt, thanks to this play. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to start making up the rules for the new sport I just invented, wrestlingball. ESPN is about to get a whole lot more exciting.

Because it’s that time of the year, consider this a public service announcement and don’t fall off your roof or ladder like this guy while trying to hang Christmas lights. Thankfully, his fall wasn’t that far and he wasn’t impaled by a reindeer antler. Besides the kid wailing at the end, it could have been much worse. Trust me, I’ve seen some grisly Christmas light accidents before. FIRSTHAND. Me, I’m talking about me — I had those accidents. Spending the holidays in the hospital has become somewhat of a tradition.

This is the first trailer for next summer’s release of Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny. Hopefully they pumped the brakes after that last alien installment of the franchise. It looks good, although I don’t want to get my hopes too high and get burned like that POS Nazi Arnold Ernst Toht’s hand on the headpiece of the Staff of Ra. I am happy to see Sallah’s return though. He was always one of my favorite characters. Plus that monkey that ate the poisoned dates, and the big dude who passes out losing the drinking contest to Marion. The guy who can pull your heart out of your chest? I was never a huge fan.

This is a video of a trucker impressively stopping his vehicle in very short order to avoid plowing into a terrible minivan driver, who apparently thought oncoming traffic had a stop sign, or is blind. I like how the truck driver gets out and throws his hands up in the air to let the other driver know they should be dead right now. A powerful statement. Gave me goosebumps just watching and now my nipples could cut diamonds so if anybody needs a custom engagement ring now’s the time.

Thanks to my dad, who agrees defensive driving is the only kind of driving with all the idiots out on the road.

Because some people have all the fun, this is a video of Youtuber The Backyard Scientist destroying things with a 400MPH rocket powered slicing warhead he constructed from six kitchen knives. Is this actually science? Yes, and the best kind: the DANGEROUS kind. *twirling tips of evil villain mustache* Yessss, yessss — I’m getting excited about my own experiments just thinking about it.
