Because some people’s adrenal glands require extreme stimulation to be activated (the doorbell ringing is enough for me), this is a video of Red Bull athlete Brian Grubb getting towed behind a drone along a 968-foot high rooftop infinity pool in Dubai, where he launches off a ramp to complete phase two of his stunt: a BASE jump. That must have been exciting! Unless you live in Dubai, then it was probably just another average day. Pfft, yesterday a jetpacker came to the penthouse window asking to borrow the Grey Poupon.

This is a clip from Planet Earth III narrated by personal hero David Attenborough featuring a number of male common frogs waking up from hibernation in the French Alps, and immediately racing down the mountain to the breeding pools where females await. Damn, waking up from sleeping all winter and immediately racing to breed? That’s impressive. For reference, no matter how long I sleep, when I wake up breeding is the furthest thing from my mind. Usually it’s “Can I sleep any longer?” or “Is there anything good in the fridge?” These frogs though — total one-track minds.

Because bad ideas come in all shapes and sizes (including XL), this is a clip of the Nitro Circus’ latest Life Size Toy: an 8-foot replica of a Duncan butterfly yo-yo designed to have two people strapped to the sides of as it spins suspended from a crane. That looks like a terrible time. Don’t get me wrong, if this were at the fair I would still eat two funnel cakes and immediately get in line to ride it, but I feel like I have a responsibility to give today’s youth a story to tell for years to come.

These are two shots of a jacket hanging in a home under construction that, from the hallway, looks exactly like a man waiting to club you in the knees with a crowbar. Thankfully, I’m carrying a nail gun, so he better be ready for me to accidentally nail my foot to the floor as soon as I spot him! I’m part of this home now.

This is a short clip of a Guatemalan chef demonstrating how to open an avocado with some well placed hand pressure, without the need for a knife. That’s handy(!), because knives and I do NOT get along. Honestly, I’m lucky to still have seven fingers. Still, I’ll probably still open avocados the way I always have: letting them sit on the counter waiting for them to ripen, then forgetting about them for two weeks until they’re shriveled little demon gonads and I have to throw them away.
