In other shaking animal news, this is a video of a dog who starts shaking her butt as soon as the beat drops in Sir-Mix-A-Lot’s 1992 banger ‘Baby Got Back’. If I were you, I would consider this the pinnacle of the internet for the day and not look at

This is a video from a Linlee Hand-Made Lemon Tea shop in China (I’m fairly certain — not Japan like the text on the video says) of a stuffed animal Pepe the Frog (used by protestors as a resistance symbol during the 2019 – 2020 Hong Kong protests, completely unrelated

These are a couple videos of 19-year old French basketball star Victor Wembanyama showing up for his San Antonio Spurs Halloween game against the Phoenix Suns dressed as internet meme character, Slenderman. His build really lends itself to the character. Me? I could never pull off Slenderman. Mostly because I’m

This is a video of Australian performance artist and avante-garde dancer Smac McCreanor performing an interpretive dance for each of 100 different random objects being crushed by a hydraulic press. She really does a fantastic job of capturing the essence of each’s destruction. Of course the matching outfits don’t hurt

These are a couple videos of the UK’s Mando 2 Hire, a Mandalorian available for hire (for parties, not bounty hunting — although everybody has their price) that comes with his own optical illusion speederbike (a motorcycle with mirror fenders to hide its wheels), complete with lights and sound effects.

This is a video of percussionist El Estepario Siberiano (aka The Groovefather) discussing his homemade tubulum PVC pipe drum kit, and performing AC/DC’s ‘Thunderstruck’ on it, just 24 hours after constructing it and playing it for the first time. I assume that’s where his percussion background comes in handy. You

This is a video of Kiana Breakspear riding a slingshot ride with her sister in Bali (there are slingshot rides in Bali? I assumed it was all picturesque beaches and not a carnival), and her sister managing to pass out a very respectable 12 TIMES in 2 minutes, always waking

This is a video from New Yorker Carly Hittner, who spotted a rat carrying an entire uneaten donut down the subway tracks to a waiting friend so they could share a meal. How sweet is that? Per Carly: donut rat treats his woman better than half you other rats in

This is a video of Steve the otter slipping under a fake rock and taking it for a trip in the water until he gets stuck under a tree branch and has to abandon his mobile hiding spot. So I guess Steve was a rock for Halloween this year. That’s

Chef Amaury Guichon (previously) is back at it, this time crafting a giant spider entirely out of edible chocolate, just in time for Halloween. Yum! I don’t know about you, but I’d tear off one of those legs and gnaw on it like a knight with a turkey leg at
