But is it loud enough to understand what it's saying?!
Cat Sounds World Record For Loudest Purr At 54.59 Decibels

This is a video from Guinness World Records highlighting the life and purr of tabby cat Bella of Huntingdon, England, who was just awarded the record for the loudest purr, with a respectable 54.59 decibels. While it’s certainly not going to cause any hearing damage, that’s about as loud as a home refrigerator humming. Although mine is easily over 100dB and I have to turn the TV up to hear over it, but it’s on the fritz and struggles to keep its contents even lukewarm. I have to smell the creamer every morning before I drink it or risk spit-taking chunky coffee.
