This is a video of Polish composer Karol Szymanowski’s Etude in B-flat minor for piano being performed instead on glass harp by Anna and Arkadiusz Szafraniec and theremin by Grégoire Blanc. It’s got a real other-worldly sound to it, like the sort of thing you’d expect to hear when being abducted by aliens. Of course if you’re actually being abducted by aliens you don’t hear anything because they make you wear noise-canceling headphones. They don’t let you keep them though, damn cheapskate aliens. I was part of that traveling petting zoo for months!
