This is a video from a kayaker paddling the upper Waccamaw River in North Carolina when a local alligator charges and rams him, briefly turning him over in the water. How he’s able to remain so calm is beyond me, because I would have been screaming and flailing until I was eaten or drowned. “It’s not even that big.” That’s what my doctor said! Of course he was lying and just mad I always steal all his tongue depressors and cotton balls to make crafts.
