Diver Befriends Tiny Octopus, Names Him Eggbert
This is a video of Dora’s older sister and diver Elora Explora befriending a tiny octopus at the Off The Wall Dive Center and Resort in Belize. She names him Eggbert, and occasionally bringing him treats, which, PROTIP: is a great way to solidify a friendship. Eggbert even solicits Elora’s help moving a log during one visit. How precious is that? Also, was this made as some sort of don’t eat octopus PSA? Because I already don’t. Don’t eat arms — it’s in the bible. Or at least my bible. It’s actually more of a manifesto.
Man Attempts To Rob Nail Salon & Patrons, Fails Miserably
In other, far less successful stealing news than the previous post, this is some security cam footage from Atlanta nail salon Nail1st, where a man comes in with a bag over his hand and demands everyone’s money. The problem is, nobody cares. The lady in the mustard colored shirt — you’d swear she was asleep she cares so little. Now that’s what I call staying cool, calm, and collected. Realizing he’s not going to get anything, he quickly gets frustrated and leaves empty-handed. Or rather, with just the empty bag he had on his hand.
Atlanta police are searching for a man who tried his best to rob an nail salon but couldn’t quite get the job done https://t.co/6Bw2afL4fU pic.twitter.com/6i8sTHMXH4

Baseball Player Steals Second, Third, AND Home In Two Pitches
This is a video of Cincinnati Reds rookie Elly De La Cruz stealing second, third, AND home in the span of two pitches. That home plate steal — that was nuts. It’s a shame you can’t steal first base too or Elly could rock a .000 batting average but still have all the runs.
Storm Chasers Get As Close As Possible To Massive Nebraska Tornado
This is a video of storm chaser Reed Timmer and several buddies speeding towards an absolutely massive tornado in Nebraska, presumably because there’s little else to do in Nebraska besides try to punch your own ticket to Oz. These guys are wild. I like how they actually capture the tornado dissipating, almost as if was purposefully avoiding them. Which, just for the record, you really can’t blame it for.
Girl Attempts To Drink A Coke + Mentos Volcano
This is a video of a girl attempting to drink a Coke right after she drops a Mentos into it. She does not do a very good job. The Coke coming out her nose is great, but my favorite part is just how quiet she is, like her parents are in the next room and she knows she’ll be grounded if they find out she’s trying to drink a liquid bomb in the kitchen.

Snake Vs Ceiling Fan Battle Has A Surprise Loser
This is a video from Alabamian Wesley Klein, who filmed a snake that had emerged from the ceiling where the fan is (clearly not very well) attached and proceeds to bonk its head on the blades for a while trying to figure out how to get past this rapidly moving floor. And it finally does find a way, in the form of being flung directly at Wesley, who screams and runs outside. Me? I would have grabbed that snake by the neck and demanded answer. WHERE’S THE FORBIDDEN FRUIT? I’M STARVING.
Keep going for the video, but you can skip to 0:40 for the exciting finale.
Thanks to Just A, who agrees that’s what you get for not stopping the fan and helping the snake outside.
