Because now that Halloween is over its time for smashing pumpkins (Billy Corgan, let’s ride!), this is a video of hippos at the Cincinnati Zoo chomping pumpkins whole. There’s also some footage of painted dogs (aka African wild dogs — not dogs that have been painted, playing cards or otherwise) enjoying some pumpkin fun. Good times. I mean unless you’re the headless horseman and that hippo just ate your replacement head. “It took me forever to find the right size!” I imagine him thinking for a split-second before that hippo turned his brain into pie filling.
