Baseball Batter Takes Ball To The Helmet, Doesn’t Even Flinch

Because everybody’s reaction to near-death experiences is different, this is a video of a baseball batter taking a ball square to the front of the helmet and not even flinching. Does he even have reflexes? Also, what was the ruling on this, because it looks like he takes off for first, but I’m pretty sure you have to actually try avoiding a wild pitch to be awarded a base. This guy didn’t move a muscle. Was he daydreaming? Reminds me of when I used to play soccer as a kid and I’d be picking dandelions on the other side of field while parents yelled and the other team kept scoring.

Thanks again to JustA, who agrees the doctor clearly forgot to whack his knees with that little hammer during his last physical.
