Because the things you can do with the human body are nothing short of astounding (I’m a bad example, sloth is not that astounding) this is a video of the performers of Cirque du Soleil’s ‘Kurios’ show practicing their human jump launches backstage. They make it all look so smooth and effortless, it’s hard to believe they can even launch a person that high and far. Because if I had been doing the launching, there would almost certainly just be a pile of moaning, broken bodies on the floor, my own amongst them.
